Position Overview:

They are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead major facade projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and a passion for execution excellence. The SPM will be responsible for managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project lifecycle: budgets, timelines, safety, quality, and client communications

  • Coordinate design consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and cost tracking

  • Resolve complex issues on-site and in planning phases

  • Support estimating team with value engineering, RFIs, and change orders

  • Mentor project engineers, assistant PMs, and field staff

  • Represent company at client meetings and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in facade, envelope, or exterior restoration projects

  • Deep understanding of curtain wall, cladding, masonry, and waterproofing systems

  • Strong leadership and team coordination experience

  • Ability to read architectural, structural, and shop drawings

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
