Our client is a leading company specializing in structural restoration and waterproofing services, recognized for their quality craftsmanship and dedication to client satisfaction. They are expanding their operations and seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee their restoration projects in the Dallas area.

Position Overview:

Our client is searching for an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead and manage multiple restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration work, including concrete repair and waterproofing, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restoration projects, including planning, execution, and completion.

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

  • Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety standards on all job sites.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all work complies with contract documents and industry standards.

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in restoration or construction.

  • Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, materials, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000.
