Position overview:

They are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in commercial roofing. The ideal candidate will have significant sales experience, particularly in the local market, and will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding their client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business in targeted regions.

  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities within the commercial roofing industry.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and property owners.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • Utilize knowledge of the local market to inform strategic decisions and business development activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the commercial roofing sector.

  • Familiarity with the local market is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with a remote team.
