SALARY: $120,000 - $150,000

Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final closeout. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and coordination with field teams, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned roofing projects, including budget, schedule, materials, subcontractors, and labor.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure project execution adheres to contract specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and coordination of materials and equipment.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.

  • Support the development of junior team members and field crews.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen systems.

  • Proven ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

  • Strong understanding of roofing construction workflows and sequencing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar project management software preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.

  • Previous field experience in roofing (superintendent or foreman background a plus).

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
